On September
19, sponsored by Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, Pingshan District
Government, and China Advanced Semiconductor Industry Innovation Alliance
(CASA), hosted by Bronze Technologies，Shenzhen
Institute of Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors, and the School of Microelectronics at
the Southern University of Science and Technology， held
by Shenzhen BASiC Semiconductor and Shenzhen EU-China Innovation Center, the
3rd EU-China Third-Generation Semiconductor Industry Summit was successfully
held in Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel. About 200 experts, scholars, enterprise
executives, and investment elites from China and Europe attended the Summit,
having in-depth discussions and exchanges on Wide-band Gap semiconductor
technology innovation, industrial development, and international cooperation.
The Summit has accelerated the local development and manufacturing of Wide-band
Gap semiconductor materials, helping domestic semiconductors get into a wider
market.
In order to enhance the international exchanges among universities, scientific research institutions, and innovative enterprises in China and Europe, further promote academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation between China and Europe, and boost development of the third-generation semiconductor industry in China, Bronze Technologies, BASiC Semiconductor and Shenzhen EU-China Innovation Center have jointly held the Summit annually since 2017. Based on the international industrial development trend, this Summit invites prestigious experts and scholars at home and abroad to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the third-generation semiconductor industry, as well as future-oriented strategies and ideas, from a global perspective.
