Inverter Power Supply

Terminal equipment in large factories, ports, ships and other application scenarios has two working modes: on-grid and off-grid. To ensure that the equipment can switch smoothly between these two modes, corresponding inverter power supplies are required. The voltage of these inverter power supply ranges from 380V to 690V, and the output power is generally in the range of 100 kilowatts to megawatts. Typically, high-current power semiconductor devices in EconoDual™3 or PrimePack package are used.
