Plug-and-Play Drivers

For IGBT modules with different packages, Bronze Technologies launches a number of plug-and-play drivers suitable for EconoDual™3, EconoPack™+, PrimePack™, IHM e.t.c. This series of products integrates all elements necessary for the complete driver circuitry, and can be applied without external circuitry, which effectively shortens the development period for the users; meanwhile, the highly matched driver parameters can greatly improve the IGBT performance and reliability.
