2CP0214V12-RE is a digital driver chip based on CPLD. Specially designed for ROHM EconoDual™3 SiC MOSFET, it is a dual-channel half-bridge driver with a compact design and the plug-and-play function. It is commonly used in electric vehicle motor drives and energy storage systems.
2CP0214V12-RE is ideal for multiple topologies constructed with ≤1200V SiC modules. The plug-and-play function allows direct soldering of the driver board on the IGBT module, eliminating the necessity for an adapter. It supports input and output of optical logic signals.
