Recently, Bronze Technologies has launched its second
generation multifunction pulse signal generator, PSG-06_V2.0. This equipment is
mainly used in the test of IGBT, MOSFET and other power devices and their
drivers. Offering high pulse precision, various pulse modes, various interface
types, and convenience in use, it can provide great convenience for product
testing, research, and development. It is an ideal tool for pre-design
verification in the development of IGBT device, IGBT driver and other power
products. It can also serve IGBT power module tests on the production line.
PSG-06_V2.0 operates in single-, double-, and
multi-pulse mode, as well as continuous cycle pulse mode and SPWM mode. It can
accurately simulate the turn-on/off signals sent by the controller to the IGBT
driver. In the development stage of various power converter products, the pulse
signal generator enables separated R&D of the power part and the control
part. Engineers can design these two parts in parallel independently. The
circuit design of the power part can then be verified as soon as possible. In
this case, the project progress won't be delayed by design revisions, thereby
the entire project development cycle is shortened. The product can work with
other components of the test system to test and inspect circuit components of
the IGBT power stack during production.
