On April 16, the three-day Electronica China 2022 successfully closed. At the exhibition, the power device dynamic parameter test system developed by Bronze Technologies in-house made its debut, attracting wide attention from the industry with its excellent performance.
The power device dynamic parameter test system supports double-pulse tests, multi-pulse tests, short-circuit tests, SOA tests and current sharing characteristic tests for power devices with a voltage up to 6.5kV and a short-circuit current of 10kA. This system is integrated with a power distribution unit, DC high voltage source, charge and discharge unit, adjustable inductance unit, control system, temperature control unit, industrial computer, display, and oscilloscope, realizing intelligent and efficient testing of power devices at a click. It can automatically generate test reports which offer great value for power device selection and evaluation on safety margins, feasibility design, and cost control design for driver systems.
In addition to the Power Device Dynamic Parameter Test
System, Bronze Technologies also brought power semiconductor device drivers,
driver ICs, and signal generators to the exhibition, which have drawn much
attention among the attendees.
