1QP0635Vxx-C gate driver core is a single-channel, high-power, high-reliability and highly integrated IGBT driver designed for single-channel, high-voltage (≤3300V), multi-parallel (up to 4 parallel connections) applications based on the ASIC chipset developed in-house by Bronze Technologies. Its switching frequency can reach 10kHz.
1QP0635Vxx-C gate driver core is suitable for Infineon 3300V/1000A IHM IGBT modules, such as Infineon FF1000R33HE3, and similar IGBT modules. The plug-and-play function allows the driver be directly fixed on the IGBT module with screws, eliminating the necessity for an adapter.
