The NPC I-type
3-level low power and medium power DC/AC converter systems up to 1000V feature
high integration, high power density and low cost. Bronze Technologies has
specially designed gate driver 2QD0108T06-SE2 for these systems.
2QD0108T06-SE2 is a compact, plug-and-play
dual-channel driver. It adopts vertical plug-in installation and is more than
50% smaller than similar products. It can significantly reduce the area
occupied on the main PCB and greatly improve area utilization on the main PCB.
This product can adapt to most NPC I-type 3-level 650V modules in EasyPack on
the market, as well as same topology composed of discrete switches, and is also
suitable for common 2-level topologies, featuring good versatility.
The driver is equipped with a chipset in-house developed by Bronze Technologies, and has functions of under-voltage protection and IGBT short-circuit protection of the primary and secondary power supply, ensuring reliable drive and related protection for the IGBT.
